MAT Holdings Inc. was founded in 1984 by entrepreneur Steve Wang in the Chicago area. MAT Holdings remains a family-owned business consisting of a diverse group of companies that generate annual revenues of $2 billion. The company operates in three industry-based sectors: Consumer, Auto, and Commercial Vehicle. Those sectors comprise 40 independently operated member companies across the globe that make up the MAT family of businesses. From passenger and commercial vehicle brake parts to air compressors used in commercial and residential applications to fencing, lawn and garden, MAT Holdings’ products are quality produced in vertically integrated factories and delivered to our customers when and where they need them.
